I had a blast arranging hunting trips, kayaking, and horse riding. The guest house being set on the edge of a forest was like living in a fairytale. The restaurant with its fireplace and carved-wood furniture made me feel like I was dining in medieval times. Loved the landscape views from the balcony!
Who needs warm clothes in a small town with a colder climate? Not me, of course!

The rooms at Pansion Mrzlin Grad are absolutely cozy and charming. The solid-wood floors and wall paneling give a warm and rustic feel. Each room has a private balcony, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The en suite bathroom is a great convenience for a solo traveler like me. I especially love how each room is entirely made of wood, creating a unique and cozy ambiance.
One thing I didn't particularly enjoy was the minibar in the triple room. It felt a bit unnecessary for me, as I prefer exploring local cafes and restaurants.

The location of this place was very convenient, as it was only a short drive away from the famous Plitvice Lakes. the host was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. the homemade food served for breakfast was delicious and fresh, giving us a great start to the day.
The size of the rooms was quite small, especially for a group of four people. There was not enough space for our belongings, as there were no cupboards or even a table in the rooms.

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh ingredients that they grow, hunt, or forage for. We had a fantastic dinner which included unique dishes like nettle soup and wild boar meat. The setting of the hotel was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful scenery straight out of a movie. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
The location of the hotel was a bit difficult to access, especially if you don't have a car. It would be helpful to have clearer directions or transportation options.

I also enjoyed the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.
The hotel does not cater to vegan guests or those who do not like hunting, as the owners are hunters and offer wild boar and bear meat as part of their meals.
